Understanding Black Money, Demonetisation

This article is not structured, just random thoughts and examples on black money to understand.

Let us assume,you are a salaried employee staying in a rent house, you paid tax on you salary and then you paid your house rent sincerely.. every month using cash, but your house owner never paid income tax... on that...rent income...! So he saved 10 to 30% excess money by avoiding tax... now he doesn't sit quiet.... he will go and purchase another house.

What is the problem for you& me when owner purchase another house..?

Now You want to buy a house...you saved 100₹ (If suppose a house cost in market is 100₹... ), now you are ready to buy...but your house owner go and say... I will give 120₹,  sell to me... he may offer even 130₹.. ( as he saved 30₹ etc by avoiding tax), House cost increased 20-30₹ artificially without adding any additional facilities to the house.

In the same way people do with other commodities like land, gold and forex 

Some people even store this kind of black money by purchasing ForEx USdollers, If you want to go to foreign you buy dollars by paying 65₹ for each dollar , but because of the people who have this easy money... are ready to pay even more (say 70₹) for 1$ dollar. So dollar price go high.

What are the problems  If dollar price go high... ?

You were importing 1 Ltd petrol by paying 1 dollar (65₹) now you may have to pay more 70 or 75 ₹ for the same one ltr petrol

Petrol prices go high... if petrol price go high automatically all other prices go high

Not only people who saved black money ( Taxable income for which Tax Not Paid )...! People who got easy money ( by corruption... or by printing fake notes)  are also  purchasing properties at higher rates..  prices will go high..! or they may be use this money for anti social activities like  terrorism or free gifts & liquor at election time to buy votes.

As a result of this..you and me can't offer them ( gold, house, land) or you have to pay more than the actual cost. This is why black money and corruption is not good for the economy.

But Is this demonetisation alone eradicate black money from system?

Answer is No, This will only make the Black money saved in the form of currency notes useless, but people who purchased gold, land properties using that easy money and black money will still be in the system... we need to take actions to bring back that money too.

X expressed her love indirectly some times.
Y also expressed his love indirectly some times.

They know each other in some what..!
Both of them feel if they marry their life will be good..!

X has doubt about how he responds for this...!
Y also has doubt about how she responds for this...!

Finally none of them expressed their love directly to other person.
X got married with some other person…Z

X feels sad for her inability to express her love..!
Y also feels sad for his inability to express his love..!

Why don’t they express their love even
both of them feel they are suitable to other person …!

If anyone of them ..taking bit advance and
express their love to other person..both of them happy
entire life will be happy…!

Isn't it pathetic situation in anybody's Love Life........!

Hi All,

• I spent half of my life in reading News papers & Magazines.
  I learnt half of my life lessons from News Papers only.
  This helped me to develop my reading habits and getting knowledge.
  It develops my Listening and Reading skills (both are passive skills but essential)
  These two skills helped me to think & analyse on something....!


• At the same time I lost the two important Active Skills (Speaking & Writing)...!
  I remembered that..I got a Diary..in 4th class. My teacher told that You all should have
  habit of writing Diary ....! I also started writing ..after 10-15 day..I left that habit..
  again I started in my 10th class once but again I stopped..after 10 days...!
  It hardly affected my academic scores...! But I never realised...the reason Why it has happened.
  
  Recently I realised that..and started thinking how I can improve my "expression skills" (Speaking & Writing). From that I started writing my views on different topics by replying to the mails which I got. Finally I decided to start Blogging .
  
  After decided to start Blogging again Big Question Mark....?
  What would be the ideal topic to stat blogging...!
  I have interest & bit knowledge on Cricket, Chess, Mathematics & Political Science, Psychology Computer Programming Languages,Indian Politics, India's foreign Policies..!, Love feeling of Youth..and so on..!
  


• But all topics are belongs to some class people. ( Here class means only few people have interest on those topics) . But Evergreen Mass (Most of the people) topic is "Love feelings of Youth". Finally I decided to write my first Blog on Love.
  
• After deciding...again my mind filled with so many doubts...
  Do I know anything about Love..Do I have any qualification to write on Love..!
  Neither I expressed my Love to some one nor somebody expressed their Love to me (Here Love in the sense Love between ...(Didn't get proper words to express)you can understand..)
  Finally I started thinking..about my personal life..and recalling memories..!
  But All funny things came to my mind.
  
• But I decided to write those things only...!
  If started writing....I can improve day byday..! Because..journey of 1000 miles also starts from first step. Clarity of thought won't come in a single day...!
  
• So I write here what I think...!
  Read it..! Think it..! Analyse it..! Feel it..! and Respond ....!
